How do we reserve our wedding, beach wedding or event?

Simply call us to check our open dates - all dates are booked by phone only. Call 864-559-8404 now to reserve your date.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards or check. A one time deposit is required to reserve 


With decades of experience behind every service we provide you can be assured that your event will be THE BEST DAY EVER!
You may contact CWC anytime that is convenient for you. We do not limit your phone calls, emails or contact in any way. If you cannot reach your coordinator by phone, you may email or leave a message with your event date and your coordinator will always respond in a timely manner.

What Location do we choose?
We are mobile and come to your location or we have our venue or preferred event venues depending on the size and nature of your event. Call today and speak with an experienced coordinator to see what venue will best suite your needs. We strive to get the best value for you and will only suggest the best options.

Do we need permission for a ceremony or reception?
We use our own venue when available and some areas we use are public areas and we have all permits and insurance required. If you are using a venue of your choice then you will need to obtain written permission, fulfillment of requirements,( permits, insurance) is your responsibility, along with a copy of requirements for using that venue.

Can we use our own Officiant/Minister and/or Photographer?
Yes - Many couples choose to have their own minster and/or photographers. Your minister does have to be ordained through an accredited church to complete your ceremony or to sign your license. Your minister should keep the ceremony time between 10-20 minutes. Not to exceed 20 minutes. This is fair to your guests and ensures that your photographer stays within his/her allotted time for your photos.


What do we do in case of rain or bad weather?
We will try to adjust the time of your ceremony for the system to move out. However the backup plan for the ceremony is ultimately up to the couple to obtain. Your coordinator will go over options with you on the phone before you reserve your day so you know exactly what is going on. We have certain venues that may be available or do not require a backup incase of inclement weather. We can also reschedule to the next day depending upon availability and venue if necessary. We always recommend wedding insurance! Please contact your coordinator for a list of wedding insurance providers.


Do you do receptions?
We do provide venues and services for receptions to be booked separately from your package. We also have a-la-carte items that can help you plan your own reception if desired.


Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes in most cases. It depends on your choice of venue. Some venues will allow for extra decor but some do not. Please ask your coordinator when you reserve your date.

When is payment expected and what if we need to cancel?
A $500.00 deposit is required at booking to reserve your date. 750.00 on larger packages. 200.00 on micro packages. The deposit is deducted from your package price when you pay your final balance. Your balance will be due 30 days prior to your ceremony date but can be paid anytime prior to your due date. 
Our refund policy:
500.00 deposit - Refundable within 72 hours.
You have 72 hours to request a refund on any deposits for your wedding if you cancel permanently. You can reschedule your event within a year upon cancellation if you do not request a refund. Payment to your package price and deposit will still apply. There are no refunds on final payments.


​Can we make payments on our wedding?
Yes, payments are excepted anytime that is convenient for you. Contact your coordinator for more information.


We have a strict refund policy due to our vendors, photographers and ministers. However you have up to one year to reschedule if your ceremony is cancelled for any reason. Coordinators, ministers and photographers have the right to change your start time or cancel your ceremony for any reason. Reasons to be considered are: 

Inclement weather - Coordinators, photographers and ministers have the right to decline all or any part of your service if high winds (15mph or greater), damp conditions due to humidity or sea spray which could damage our decor items or damage electronics and photographic equipment, thunder, lightening or severe heat (heat indexes above 99 degrees can be subject to time/date rescheduling or cancelation. Our company policy does not allow our vendors or service providers of any kind to conduct any service for an event during any of these inclement conditions.

Disorderly conduct - If guests or couples are offensive, rude or disorderly in any way to service providers or any one in public areas your event will be subject to cancelation. This includes any contact that is not service related or any communication that is received as hostile, belligerent or any physical confrontation with service providers or the public. Events may require permits in some areas but anyone attending any event, including its service providers are not to engage the public to 'keep them out of your pictures' or to 'move for any reason'. Our photographers and service providers are professional and are very skilled at shooting around the public and onlookers.
We support all 'leave no trace' ordinances in all public areas. Please ask your guests to remove all litter and personal items before they leave the event area. All personal items are discarded after the event is closed.
